Understanding Elbow, Wrist & Hand Pain

Your elbow, wrist, and hand work together to provide the mobility, strength, and control needed for everything from everyday tasks to demanding work and sports.

Pain may develop after an injury or gradually from repetitive activity and overuse. Common Elbow, Wrist & Hand Conditions

Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow can cause pain along the outside of the elbow with gripping, lifting, work, or sports. Treatment focuses on restoring comfortable movement and progressively rebuilding the strength and capacity of the affected tissues.

Golfer's Elbow

Golfer's elbow typically causes pain along the inside of the elbow and may develop with repetitive gripping, lifting, throwing, or sports. We address mobility and progressively rebuild strength based on the demands you need to return to.

Wrist Pain & Sprains

Wrist injuries can affect gripping, pushing, lifting, typing, and everyday use of your hand. We help restore mobility, strength, and control while progressively preparing your wrist for normal activity.

Nerve Entrapments

Nerve irritation in the arm can contribute to pain, numbness, tingling, or weakness in the forearm, wrist, or hand. A comprehensive examination helps determine what may be contributing to your symptoms and whether physical therapy is appropriate.
